How to deal with fear before approaching or calling someone

Idk why but I keep getting nervous before calling or approaching someone and end up not making a move at all. How do you guys deal with this?
Chatting up on tinder doesn't count

yeah man thats normal, thde only way to deal with it is to push passed the fear and do what makes you nervous, the more you do this the less nervous you get each time
