for any girl i've hooked up with more than 3 times how do i tell them i'm not interested in seeing them anymore? i could just ghost them but i feel like that's a dick move. do i tell them i found a girlfriend? should this be done in person or over text? first time i've had a rotation and not sure how to trim it down...

Just use a white lie. Something like "Hey, I really enjoy hanging out with you, but recently I met someone and things are starting to get a bit serious. And I don't think us hanging out would be fair to either one of you. You're a really cool chick and I wish you the best"

Just say I enjoy spending time with you, but I'm not at the point where I want to date people exclusively.

I had this problem some times. And for those who might accuse: no, I did not do fancy things that could lead the girls to demand more than ONS. I think first thing that should be said is that there are girls and girls: reasonable comprehensive girls x witchy crazy girls.
Honestly, I think "ghosting" is way more fair and reasonable than making up some fake girlfriend story. People ghost people all the time. From my experience I see that reasonable girls will understand that you are out with just 1 message you don't respond her anymore. Recently, I got one witchy crazy little girl that not only I had to talk to her personally and say "I don't want to hang with you anymore" and see her crying, but also had to ignore her messages for like 2 months even after saying that. And believe me, I had only one night with her, in which we did bondage/rough sex. I think she liked the bondage fetish, and it's rare for her to find another guy who does it. So she insisted a lot. It happens.
Now with the ghosting thing, you guys may argue: you're being hipocrite because persistence may be a good strategy even when girls ghost you. And I would answer there is no inconsistency there. Women and men natures differ too much. They are the selective force, they have tons at their feet, and we are the ones competing. So girl-ghost-boy is a quite different thing from boy-ghost-girl. And they know it (at least the reasonable ones). I do vote for ghosting when it is necessary.

Ghosting is rude. You have to set the expectation straight from the start. Don't do girlfriendy stuff with her like going out on dinner movie dates or texting all the time. I would recommend watching Alex's recent multi-coach panel livestream. They tackled this topic in the first 5 mins.
