Always feels so weird, Alex I have heard say goes up and says "ugh, I wouldnt get that" I thought I heard him say in a youtube video. Or I go up and give a compliment (only because its day time and much fewer guys approach her) but I get so nervous to do it!
Tips on how to get good at it? Also, how not to be creepy when doing it?

Just do it. There's no magic pill to remove nervousness unless you do it many times

Honestly with cold approach you don't have to think into it too much. I would just walk up introduce yourself make a comment about something. If it looks like she's getting ingredients for something I would "Damn what kind of gourmet are you cooking up tonight"
