Okay. You have a couple options. You could just go on the date tomorrow and seduce her into having sex with you and say you have a condom. It might not work though. As for the response, you could say...

The other option is you can reschedule but then she will know you mainly just want to fuck her and her antislut defense might kick in and backfire. I know she said doesn't mind if you're looking for sex. Trust me though, girls minds can change very quick

I would hang out with her anyway. There is a chance you guys will still bang if you can overcome her period objection. I wouldn't reschedule as this might make the girl feel too much pressure/too much asd for next time unless it was made explicit before that you guys will fuck which it doesn't look like in this case.
