I’ve learned from experience to never ask a girl to let you know if she’s free because she’ll most likely not. I’d say try to pick a time and day. When you said “next time we can beach together” you could be like “now we just need to pick a day” and ask what her schedule is like and say how’s blank time and date. Overall, just try to remain persistent and keep bringing it up when suitable.

The Ryan gosling meme could work to reengage but ask how she’s doing and stuff. Get some banter first. Don’t immediately ask to hangout or that could ruin everything. When I say keep bringing it up I mean like for example say she told you she spent the day inside with her dog, you could jokingly tease and be like “sounds fun, just missing a bottle of wine.. & me” or something like that you know? Fun flirty ways to paint a picture of you hanging out doing something fun together & from there you can try and soft close.

In my humble opinion the guy leads in most things “Man to Woman” planning dates “Making the move”, giving her mind-blowing sex etc, but let the woman decide to tell or ask you the whole “relationship question”. If the guy does it then it comes off as needy but if you let the girl ask you something like “So what are we exactly?” Then you’re in a better position to tell her you’re my girlfriend or we’re in a relationship or something like that.

I think it's way too premature thinking about making her your gf. You've literally just met her once. Go on a few more dates and then you can evaluate whether you really like her, or are just coming from a place of scarcity. In terms of what to do next, it's pretty easy.
