For context, we’ve been neighbors for years. She has a kid, and while she has a boyfriend, it’s long-distance. I actually just saw her on Tinder and noticed her profile says she’s in an open relationship and says he knows, there an ENM couple.
Most of the time, we just engage in small talk. what is the best move here? Should I ask her out for a drink, or should I just swipe right on her Tinder profile since she's on there?
What exactly would you do in this situation? Should I start flirting with her in person? We talk all the time, but like I said, it’s mostly just neighborly small talk.  Exact steps would be helpful, Thanks
