Im traveling to a city where I know this girl I hooked up with but we haven’t talked in like a year so i was thinking of opening her with “Are ya still alive” or “Hey stranger!” to test if she responds, then if she responds text “I’m in your city! Let’s meet and catch up!” so she knows I’m back in her city and try to set up a meet.
I feel like if she doesn’t respond or says no then I didn’t want to waste any time having a meaningless convo with her. I want it to be a spontaneous thing. Any advice on if this is a good strategy or if I should fix my texts to send? My main goal is to gauge if she’s down to meet cause if not then i will try to meet someone else while im there.
