I created a new tinder profile on Saturday and have amassed 46 likes to date. From these I had several matches, all with girls with grades from 8 up. The profile seems to work well given the high quality of the matches, which however does not correspond to a good number of likes. Since Monday I get 1 like a day and no more. However, having matches with very beautiful girls, shouldn't I have a high elo and therefore also get a large amount of matches?

I doubt that the profile has a bug/problem, is it possible? What makes me think so is the behavior of the app which often tells me that there are no profiles to scroll through despite living in a big city and having a range set at 29 km. I'm also having the same problem on the web. Tinder is used a lot in my city and I say this from experience since I've been using it for years.

Has something like this ever happened to you? Should the profile be deleted and redone? In my opinion, if a person gets likes and matches with girls with grades from 8 up, he should still have a good amount of likes. Then maybe I'm wrong
