You look super young. First pic is the best of the bunch. I think a messier look is good for you because it helps overcome the baby face a bit. Ditch the bro pic, girls don't really go for that

Agreed with all of this. But even your first pic, you've got this really "nice guy" vibe going. If you could retake that first pic, but without direct eye contact and not looking posed, it would be a lot stronger. You also are pretty ripped, you really could use a good quality shirtless pic where you're by yourself.
