Avoid colloquialisms, figures of speech, and conceptual language. Be simple, clear, and direct. For example, I bet she has no idea what you meant by deal breaker.
Try saying stuff like "I heard Croatian girls like to have fun" or "I heard Croatian girls love to party". See how she responds.

Her English is quite bad. That's why the low investment. Anyone have experiance with chicks who don't speak English well? Not sure how to pursue this
I'd try to talk to her on the phone. Although she probably has the ability to understand things on her own time through text, i feel like tonality, emphasis on words, just speech in general adds a extra layer to the conversation where they can just sense what's up as long as your a smooth talker.
Maybe comment on her accent or voice and how that adds to the tour experience for you. Something like a sexy tour voice is your favourite part of the tour and if she jumps onto something like that ask her when you can hear it

I said 'we can just look each other in he eyes while you speak to me in your sexy Croatian accent' she said 'sure hahaha'. I don't know if this is worth it if her English is this limited

In future, I wouldn't tell girls you're only there for a few days as this will most certainly lose a good portion of girls who don't want a one night stand. You can either leave it out or say something like you visit that place often for work.
