** Context **: I went on a date with a girl and at the end, she told me she liked me. However, I wasn't feeling the girl and avoided a response altogether. Her friends have been telling me that she is obsessed with me and now is depressed/crying that I don't like her back.
She wants to FaceTime tonight to talk things over. How can I let her know she is in the friend zone without wasting any more of my time?
One date doesn't necessarily need a "thank you, but no thank you" message when it's via Tinder/Bumble etc., but as it sounds like she's a friend of friends it would've been good. Have the call, be nice, tell her she's a great person, but you don't feel any romantic chemistry.

Only 1 date? did yall hook up, but anyways, yeah, I think letting her know you dont want to waste any of her time, you dont want to lead her on and fake anything.
