We've been texting for a few days, soft closed successfully but now she has Covid, trying to keep it warm and she takes a few hours to text etc but I didn't say anything and she says this. What do I say here?

Her, this afternoon: "Just a cough so I'm all okay!
Her, this afternoon:"I'm not one that usually texts a lot."

If she says she's not a texter just try and shoot her a funny meme in a few days with a text that says "saw this and thought of you". "I'm not a big texter either, prefer to unravel the mystery in person." and then see if she is closer to scheduling.
What's covid quarantine protocol now 7 days or 14? If you just stay in the game until she is better. Once she tells you she is feeling better with just hit her with "great, we should celebrate!" then she will say what did you have in mind (or something similar) and then you call back your original softclose.
