This usually means she doesn't trust your profile enough to meet up with you. You can't really compromise and continue with tinder because then her underlying concern won't be resolved. Your only options are to either change her mind about whatsapp or go with snap. I'd say something like "If I'm creepy just block me. I deleted insta last year"
