Your texting seems fine. Some girls won't come straight over depending on archetype. Especially if they're the type of girls that send the "^^" smiley.

Checked out the video, thanks for the recommendation! Should have gone with the 'let's celebrate' frame for sure. I also like setting up a specific time for the date the day before ideally, I'll do that next time as well. I'm in a kind of dull air bnb with no 'romantic balconies', hot tubs, etc. I usually frame it like having tea together or just generally hanging out, but I don't know if that's compelling enough for most girls to go directly to a guy's house? If my place is kind of dull should I be setting up the date for somewhere close (within walking distance to our place)? Thanks again!

happy to help, dont worry about your place being nothing special you can still use the romantic balcony line for 7 years and for the first 3 i lived in a shitty apartment with no romantic balcony of any kind. If shes sitting on a public place then do a bar that is walking distance from you stick to drink, tea is not that exciting for most chicks
