Girl being bitchy for me 10 mins late, how do I process this?

So I had a bumble date today, my date said she's gonna be 20 mins late cause she forgot stuff at her apartment and had to run back to get it. I went to a nearby place and to run an errand and reached there 5 mins after her.
We met, and she said I kept her waiting for 10 mins, this has never happened to her and she stormed off. Here's the text off the aftermath.

Yeah. You had to handle it in person. And first with humor. Probably made her look silly. And be the first to be willing to walk away. Nothing can be done now. Just don't get this emotional next time. Good emotional practice

I did. She stormed as oon as she saw me, I went to her and tried calming her but she told me to "Leave her alone" and went away, after which these series of texts took place. Here's the entire conversation, she literally asked me to go "slow", did I misunderstood that?
