Girl at work, how to approach?

So there’s this girl that works where I do but she’s in a different department. What’s the best way to approach and break the ice? Do I just go up to her and say hey what’s up how’re you and introduce myself or is there a better arpoach?

Ok so today I was walking past her several times moving pallets and I looked over and she was looking at me and engaged, commented on saying something like “you just haul those pallets all day huh” I was like yeah it’s pretty chill gave her a smirk and kept it moving. Was her saying something first a sign that she wanted me to stop and talk to her?

yeah I would've given her a hint though like, "gonna need to wine down with some wine afterwards" to see if she has any interest at all, like if she says "I love wine" then say something like we should split a bottle sometime. But I will say, it can get sketchy dating/hooking up with a coworker, it can be like walking on eggshells sometime. idk how much you care about this job, but up to you.
