She obviously thinks you must have been with a lot of girls since you sound experienced from your sexting so you want to give off that impression of being experienced without setting off potential one-night stand/hookup concerns. A better response would be something like "I don't know honestly. Don't keep a count as I don't care for numbers, but it's enough to where I'm experienced." Right now, you can just say I was kidding and then say previous line.
