Getting a dog-walker on a leash

I had pretty smooth interaction with a hot late thirties chick.
She’s of punk/goth background as I am, except I don’t dress the part anymore. We started chatting on Tuesday and set a date for Saturday(today). In the intervening days I sent her a meme or a joke a day without answering too many of her questions and trying to keep mystery.
Surely enough, did I mention she’s hot? She cancels the day of. Included is the short exchange we had today. Do you guys think I should’ve kept my availability flexible? I’m having second thoughts about offering days so far ahead as I don’t know whether I’ll keep her interest that long. Should I recalibrate and tell her tomorrow that I’m free on Monday or Tuesday? She walks dogs for a living so her schedule is pretty random. My job is remote so I’m pretty flexible too.

On Tuesday I sent her a text asking how her dog days of summer were going and whether Thursday or Friday still worked for her. Silence so far. I may reinitiate this upcoming week with something. I’ve a lot of baggage with same-day cancellations from hot girls hence my coldness. I think she was using me as a an emergency fallback guy in case her MVP alpha cancelled.

To answer your question, I don't think you did anything wrong. That text works for it's purpose, which is purely logistics. Ideally you'd have picked one day and said something like "i'm free after X Thursday... how's this time at (date spot) sound?" Even if you're flexible, you can't be too available.
Also, your last text seems somewhat cold. She sounds remorseful, and immediately wants to reschedule. Acknowledging that you understand why she can't come, and if you can, keeping the vibe flirty whilst purposeful is a good thing to do here.
