Hey guys I’m 21 and been doing extremely well with women. I even frequently go through spells on occasion where I have sex like 4 times a week with 4 different girls. Just wanted to ask a genuine question about protecting yourselves against stds and pregnancies. I haven’t had either of these but my friends in college have and I hear a lot about them. Should I maybe slow down a bit and keep a roster of a few girls I trust? How do you guys operate this and any advice for a younger guy? Also I do use protection I just meant does anyone like ask girls if they get tested or do anything to ensure that they stay safe or any other strategies.
Always wear a condom, if you're fucking several girls at once change the condom between girls, if you switch from anal to anything else change the condom then too. Get yourself tested for everything every 3 months.
Re-read the instructions for how to put condoms on correctly, most guys do it wrong and it lowers the effectiveness from ~95% to ~75%, I don't like those odds.
I ask people I'm about to fuck when they were last tested and what were the results... if you're taking care of your health don't you deserve the same respect from your women?
People having sex professionally make sure their hep and HPV vaccinations are up to date and usually take PrEP. I don't think you're at that level yet but now you know.
Personal opinion: don't slow down. Older men regret the sex they didn't have much more than the sex they did have. Fuck 4 women a week for as long as you can.

No worries. Wanted to add that I recommend condoms for you more than a "roster" (which is also called fluid-bonding), because you really can't trust early-20s girls to stick to the roster. One of them will have drunken unprotected sex with someone outside the circle, be too ashamed to tell you, and you'll catch whatever she got then infect your whole harem. Nope to that, use protection
