I just bought a vibrator for use with the girls I see, but am concerned that girls won't want to use it bc they sometimes ask, which other girls have you used this on?

I just used it last night and it was the first girl, so I assured her she was the only one, which is true, but I wonder how to react when other girls ask the same question...
