You can probably tell I'm a beginner It's actually as far as I've gone with a girl on tinder really trying not to mess it up, although my worries were in vain (kinda) since she replied with "I hang out with friends" and "idk I do different stuff every day"

I can see why now, also struggling and don't know what to reply, was thinking maybe a joke would salvage e.g.:"I was expecting you to say that you fight lions or skydive, but that's cool too"
or maybe a response like, "sounds like you keep your life interesting. I like that" would be better
