All my notifications are off. I see them after 5 pm. Also, I have a female friend who gets pissed when someone responds to her during office hours. She unmatches the guy. I'm sure Alex is doing the same. He responds late night.

I just don’t check my dating apps all the time. I let the notifications stack and check them maybe twice a day at most: when I’m really busy I can go days without checking my apps
