Difference between Low Interest and High Interest girls later on in the relationship?

Let's say there are broadly two types of girls.
A. Initial Low Interest who had to be "warmed up" through time and effort to High.
B. High Interest off the bat.
So let's say you warmed up the A girl and now she's High Interest. But now, will she behave differently as the relationship progresses than the B girl? Are there consistent differences between the "always was superinto me" and the "took a lot of work" girls later on in the relationship?

Not necessarily man. I think both could go either way. Based on my personal experience, this should not be a long term factor as long as the low interest girl gradually builds to high interest within a reasonable timeframe
