She was texting in real time until the soft close. I plan to re-engage if she doesn't reply in ~ 2 days. What should I type then?

Here's one tiny little adjustment but I don't think what you wrote over all is bad or anything.

After she said congrats I would have said "Thanks, going to pick up a celebratory bottle of wine tomorrow. Any suggestions?"

Then if she says what type she recommends or likes then I would have hit her with. "Oh ya great call, well we should split a bottle of (insert wine name or type) sometime soon."

If she didn't give a suggestion or says she didn't like Wine I would asked her what her adult beverage of choice was and then suggest you have that drink.

Agree with Hetch21's recommendation as it stands or "Don't think to hard now" with a wink face. She could have just gotten busy. I don't think it was a glaring mistake.

Say something like "if you're into that" or something like "If you're shy, I'd totally understand"

Thanks. I'm curious whether I went for the soft close too early as well. There seemed to be a natural opening so I went for it.

Yes it was pretty early in the conversation. You had to build some connection and comfort first. But let's see what happens
