Hey!
Im wondering if you should move to a bigger city to have a better online dating experience?
its about 300 000 people in one hour radius where i live and the capital city have more than 2 million. Its a 2 hour drive from me to the capital.
Or should i just swipe on girls who live futher away and then try to make them come to me?
/Thanks

I tried the rural game bro, it is very very hard, especially if you don't have your own place.
Do you cold approach at all? That helps a lot.

I dont know your career situation, but if you are an employee, start by finding a job at a large metro-area first, then move there. DO NOT do it the other way around.

If you're not happy with the current dating life, absolutely yeah. you can always try to text these girls get them invested enough to a point they'd come to you but the probability of that is low because of the distance

I live in a similar situation. For the apps, I used to set the radius to the city but give priority to the matches in my town and surrounding area. There's no downside to getting matches further away and it helps the algorithm, but the logistics are much more difficult and require high investment. You can use these matches to practice having conversations though - you won't really care if you screw up and you'll build confidence.

The meta in smaller places is going out and having hobbies where you can meet new people and make friends. You'll end up meeting a lot more women that way. Don't go out being gamey or having expectations - just have fun.
