Date flaked at last minute, should I reopen

So matched with this chick on Bumble, had a good first date, and we madeout towards the end but didn't get laid. We set up a second date, but I think I was late by 45 mins in confirming the date to which she flaked. It's been a week now, should I reopen or wait for her to reply.

Thanks, I trued the Ryan Gosling meme and it worked! We are planning another date now. This is what she had mentioned. Should I suggest her for a wine date at her place (can't do mine as I got roommates), so logistics for getting laid become easy?
