Current Dating Situation While Living At Home

I'm writing because over the past year I must have met around 10 or 11 girls, but didn't not have sex with any of them. I know I built physical attraction easily and made out with over half just on the first date. I recently got oral sex in the car from two girls. One of those girls I was actually exclusive with but that ended. The issue I'm having is with the logistics/timing on getting laid. I'm living at home with family and some of the girls I met are also living at home with family, or they had strict roommates that didnt allow guests over. Whenever I brought up a hotel I noticed there was some initial resistance since it probably sounded transactional and not a natural transition to inviting her to your apartment. How can I improve on the logistics while still being in this situation? Thanks.
