Looking at ways i could of done this convo better. I did struggle getting her to invest more especially in the times she texted smillie faces i was wasn’t really sure how to respond

I don't get "apron 9er 2000", what is that? Does Megan know? What reply were you hoping for from that line? Not rhetorical, I actually want to know.
If she also doesn't get it, the wink means "I have no idea what to say but I want to hang in there with this conversation" which is as much investment as you can hope for at that point

I think you messed up with the message where you ask for if she like dry or reds or sweet. She already said she likes red wine. That was a good time to just go for the number close. "Perfect, we should split a bottle sometime soon". Instead of trying to really nail down what specific bottle she would prefer
