She already left me on read and I used the “don’t be shy” line. I’m not sure where else to take this exchange even though she seemed down. She’s not responding right now. She started a new job this week. I know my the message I went for the closes were pretty weak.

Seems to me like she had hesitancy about this being a one night stand and your response about lets find out with drinks at my place and don't be shy have made her rethink meeting up with you.
I think this is likely a lost cause but I would wait a couple of days to see if she replies back but if she doesn't you can try one last hail mary.

yea TB and GA are right. You should write back what GA said at the end or something like "well if our chemistry will be so great that we will hook up, then why would i want to see you only once?"

You think she was reluctant about the one night stand? I got a different vibe ... she even said "I'm on birth control" as if she was readily volunteering the fact that she's available to fuck freely. Then again I am no expert on this subject so I could be wrong. I just want to improve my own text-game by analyzing other guys and helping when I can.
