Went out the other day day gaming and met this gorgeous curly girl , very young college girl I’d say 18-20. Exchanged numbers but I don’t know if I’m coming out too needy , boring, or too logical and not reading her emotions. In terms of your text game, I am not a big fan of how you responded when she asked you about how was your day. The first message could easily be misinterpreted as you tried to brag about money . The second text, reads way too much like a resume or and account you giving your jealous wife . On top of that, neither one of those texts contains something that emotionally engaging her.
I would have responded instead with " good, just finished a killer workout. Looking nice and jacked for our date". That text is shorter, less prone to negative misinterpretations, much more engaging , and smoothly moves the interaction forward

How did you get the number, meaning did you in person make arrangements to hangingn out/drinks/coffee/whatever?
'Cause doing that already takes out a lot of the guessing game. She knows then why you exchanged numbers.
Also, after her mentioning being stressed etc you could suggest to go meet for drinks to unwind (and then hop on you later... lol)

Yeah I met her out day gaming and yes I mentioned going for coffee sometime but nothing set in stone when and where. So this is what I have so far, just don’t want to ruin this one as I want to make each set as best as possible. So now I have to wait and see what she responds. Should I hit her up by text or call her the next day if she doesn’t respond? And if she does respond how can I go to setting plans up the right way?

Judging from your comment I can tell you have a bit of a scarcity mindset with women. When you are worried about " fucking up" the conversation is usually when your odds of fucking one up are the highest . Instead, I recommend you treat each girl you texting with as if she is one of a hundred and thus you have nothing to loose. paradoxically, that will make your chances of success much higher.
