Most girls have this to some level, but my yesterday's date was quite extreme on this.
I told her being quite independent and ambitious but with the right guy he just wants to let it lose etc. She said it's like literally every girl then goes on that she's not like other girls, she's unique etc. but never really did or told anything to 'back it up',
this happened in a few occasions with her being special and had overall an incredibly strong frame.
How would you go about it? I don't want to go into arguments ofc but want to flip things a bit around as it's not a good dynamics.

Yes, vast majority of girls will say that they're special and not like other girls. I have lost track about how many times I've heard. Another common theme I've noticed which cracks me up is that every single girl is also "very picky". Even the ones with tripple digit laycounts apparently.
I would personally use this as an excuse to get her to qualify "Well, what makes you different than the other girls". Be playful and have a slight smirk on your face, having her qualify extensively is really a good frame to have
