I know my game is kind of weak right now. She suggested a meet up, it felt very premature, but I went for the wine close anyway. Thoughts on what to respond to figure out what’s her objection?

You didn't do anything wrong by soft closing after she suggested meeting up.
You can simply go with "What are your concerns?"

Agreed. Everything went smooth. She probably doesn’t go straight to people’s house and that’s her concern. Most likely you’ll have to meet in public place.
