So I am willing to pay an insanely good photographer (see her portfolio): https://www.digital-motion.pl/portfolios/sesje-meskie/ to make photos for Tinder.
Is it okay if all my profile pics will be high quality without any "amateur" photos made by me (selfies, low quality, etc.)?

i don't actually think this is a good photographer for dating. all of her photos are super posed so this will more likely be a waste of money. If you're in poland i can recommend someone who's actually good if you want
