I'm 36 and have a my dating preference on Hinge and Bumble set wide, going down to 23 years. I get a decent response from 23-25 year olds, some of them like and open me. Been on dates with a few 25 year olds and it honestly doesn't seem weird. An adult is an adult, as long as she isn't in undergrad or some shit, we're all the same once we enter the workforce.

I do feel like a creep sometimes but I'd like to have more kids within the next several years... 35+ year old women can't give me that.

The perception on age differs VASTLY from girl-to-girl. I had a 32 year old give me tons of shit for being so old (4 year age gap), and then had 25 year old be completely fine with the age gap and not even mention it.

For some women, it doesn't really matter. Just go for what you want. If she thinks you're too old, she will let you know
