The first one is the best one, but you could do much better. I'd reconsider wearing a darker color. Or at least not white. What other photos do you have? You'll need at least 4-5 solid photos. One bad photo can really fuck up your matches.

I agree with Small Daddy, seems like you're wearing the same outfit in pretty much all of your pics. That is a no-go. Your first picture is pretty solid. Make it your main one. Then, go out and get at least two more pics of that caliber. Then you'll be set. Good luck man!
