My recommendation is to not add another question to the 'fit for our date' line. Just let that sit. I would not have responded to the second line of questioning, just kept the "when's our date' thread going. As played, you kind of have to pursue this line for a bit: "[answer the question]. Classes have me needing a break. How are we relaxing [her name]?"
