Try baiting her with "only one way to know for sure". If she bites, go with the wine soft close. If she doesn't bite it means the attraction isn't strong enough yet, and you should vibe and banter with her a little bit.

I gave her the “only one way to know for sure” and she said “oh and how is that?” So she bit for sure. I just don’t know how to go for the soft close or what to say. What’s next?
