For a little context I met this woman after being invited out by a mutual friend, she is friends with my friend and we were talking and laughing from across the table at the pub whilst everyone was being quite loud.
I honestly was expecting a warmer message from her as an initial reply but so far this is where I'm at and I don't know how to pursue especially considering I may see this person again in person.
Any advice would be very helpful ty ;)

I think just go straight to the point. If she doesn't have interest, it will just die. By the messages in chat, you seem more invested than her, and that may have killed the interaction. That last message seemed a bit passive aggressive also.
I would just talk to her a bit about how is her day going, and if she isn't interested in talking, she is not interested. If she does talk, then I will just invite her to a date.
