Advice on how to approach college girls in groups?

My uni has literally tons of hot babes, but my social anxiety cripples me really bad and on top of that most of the girls are in a group. Given the social context that I find girls mostly in a cafeteria or common study areas (won't approach her when she's studying). or gym How should I break ice within the context of the place we are at and with a group, since most college girls hang out in groups. I am not really the party type, and given up drinking, so try to avoid such places.

You should check out Social Animal on YouTube, his video are truly authentic and is all about finding men/subscribers to approach women. He also critiques them along the way. If you watch a couple before heading out (at least in my opinion/experience) it'll give you a bit of confidence and determination to approach.
But to answer your question, based off his videos, it's literally no different if it's 1 girl or multiple, the interaction/approach is the same. It really is a mental block we have in our head. Much easier said then done, but you see some of the guys in his videos knock it out the park with groups of girls and realize it was all in their head.
