Addressing the anxiety

Do you guys ever address the anxiety when it happens or after dates. Sometimes my anxiety makes me freeze up and run out of shit to say and I was wondering if any of you guys had any experience talking about that like addressing the obvious elephant in the room. I had a date last night and it reared its head and I started blanking. We still made out ( tried pulling to my place from my rooftop with a view but she said she was too tired and had to go) during the date periodically but the convo was not fun or deep. More on the lame superficial side. Anyhow I was wandering if I should address next time we chat or text because I'm fairly certain I fucked this up and bored the hell out of her on our first date.

nah man, i dont think thats the best approach in situations like that. If anything that could make the interaction more accurate. Instead i recommend trying to minimize the anxiety in the first place. There's multiple things you can do. First, having a drink or 2 before the date, me personally kratom and or Kaba does wonders. In addition go out and approach a bunch of chicks before the date. That will lower your baseline level of anxiety. Hope that helps man.

Yeah I got a script for a beta blocker and hope that has a good effect. It's brutal man. Just brutal.
