370 quality matches across tinder/bumble in 2 weeks - selectively swiping + tinder platinum
Hey all, i'd made a post on r/tinder with some technical problems i was having with tinder and a lot of guys reached out to me to ask me about my profile and how i got so many matches so i figured i'd post here to help some people out too as this community has given a lot of value to me.
Before i found pwf i would go on tinder and every time it was SOUL CRUSHING. I consider myself a decent looking guy that would get decent results in person, but i would post a shitty profile on tinder and i would literally get 0 quality matches. leading me to basically not use the app Well, after a social media shoot with a photographer i hired for myself, i finally got some good quality photos and after watching a ton of alex's videos (especially on crafting a good tinder bio) i decided to put his advice into action and the results have been awesome.
The results: i am currently sitting at 340 quality matches on tinder in two weeks, only swiping right on girls i find attractive, maybe like 3 out of every 10 girls i swipe right on. i have about 40 good matches on bumble but i'm not on there as much, i'd really like to step it up on there as i think the girls are hotter so if anyone has any advice on my bumble profile i'd love to hear.
LASTLY: Tinder platinum i think is insane value right now if you have a profile girls will swipe right on. It also seems like not a lot of people have it. As soon as i got tinder platinum my daily matches increased by 5x or even more. It seems to put you at the front of the girls stacks. Don't know if it will always be this way, but it really feels like i'm reaping the rewards of that subscription right now.
I'm already implementing alex's awesome text game strategies/advice and i'm seeing great results there although i still have a lot to learn.

really great candid photos, have you noticed your daily likes drop after a while? i was getting upwards of 70 per day and now it's less than 5. also is platinum only available in canada? in nyc it's not an option...
Thanks man. Yes I have. I think it's an algorithm thing. Tinder will show more profiles that are recently active than those that are dormant... After a while as you swipe through everyone, you start to see less and less active users... which means you will get less and less matches.
Platinum doesn't seem to be available for everyone just yet. it's almost like it's a beta, or perhaps they are testing it in different areas of the world before they roll it out. I was literally swiping one day and I got a notification "try new tinder platinum with priority likes!" so I did.

Hey bro, I might do a follow up post later. I actually haven't moved down to Toronto yet, I currently live about 30 min away, but I'm moving in a few weeks. So I've had a bunch of girls I've been talking who I know would come over , just don't have my own place on the city yet. I'll get a decent sample size and report back

Hey bro so the photographer was actually my buddy (I wouldn't have picked him if he wasn't good at shooting pics tho). I paid him 225 cdn to take pictures of me for primarily for a social media acct im starting. We took 2300 pics in about 8 hours. I brought like 5 different outfits, it was a lot of fun. Expect to pay an amateur photographer anywhere from 20-30 US per hour. Just hit people up who have good photos on insta that are in your area. Certainly don't have to take 2300 like I did too lol. I totally get where you're coming from with selective swiping. It’s crazy how much the quality of matches can improve when you’re more strategic with it! Tinder Platinum definitely seems like it gives you a bit more control over who sees your profile, which can help a lot if you're tired of endless swiping with no results. Speaking of saving time and effort, I had a similar experience with my academic work. Haha thanks man. I dont actually, I'm exactly 6'4" but i would exaggerate by 1-2 inches if I was any shorter. I don't exaggerate to 6 6 because 6 4 is fine imo.
