I just got to 190lbs 6'0 the other day. Would this be good enough to hook the girl? I never got my body fat % professionally measured but I dont think it's over 15%. Suggest some apps that you know guys use to photoshop abs onto their pics if you know any!

Does it have to be that long? I find myself lacking the energy if I go a whole day without eating. What if I were to skip breakfast and just eat 500 calories throughout the day?

just wake up, go to the gym while fasted, then take the photo right afterwards. It's only 2 or 3 hours of food this way. But, yes, an empty stomach will make you look better in addition to the pump
