She's being honest with her feelings, not really anything you can say.
"Thanks for being honest. HMU if you change your mind". Assuming you fucked her well, showing non-neediness will leave you in a good spot & she may return one day if new guy messes up.

If you really wanted to push it you could say "When's the wedding" but I don't recommend this
