Here's the background- I don't live on my own but I have a car. Match with a cute thick Irish girl(left). She's funny and witty so we have good back and forth banter. Friday night- Initially a wine date but we ended up grabbing a quick drink because she was going away for the weekend at 7am the next day. She was gonna be back on Sunday. Good connection and chat in person. I made a lot of dirty jokes and she's open minded and seemed dtf. I made some verbal+physical sexual escalation but thinking back, I feel like I could've pushed for more. Drove her home and we madeout before she left. My plan was to close her on the 2nd date and she even talked about how I could come to her place next time. Sent her the Ryan Gosling meme earlier today but she left me on read. So I've got a few questions- 1) Should I have escalated more sexually to turn her on and pushed more to close on the 1st date? 2) Should I have texted her sooner, like after I dropped her off or the next day? 3) Thinking of re engaging on Wednesday with "did you make it back to Vancouver in one piece?"
