Little context here... I’m trying to set a date. I picked a wine she said she doesn’t like it I replied with “oh I’m sure we can still have a fun time with a glass of milk”, I double texted with “if you’re into that sort of thing” after 2 days.... check the pic for the rest. I’m thinking of saying “Funny! What’s your schedule like?” - This just moves the convo forward, instead of talking about something silly What do you think about my reply? Any other reply and reason behind it? (So I know what to do next time or in a similar situation)

And what would have been the right thing to say instead of “Say please” ?

the "say please" was a little out of context but I agree with Jay, try to move it forward. Ur texting game is good so far, move the conversation along by soft closing. In terms of what to do now, play it off and try to move on, "lets agree to disagree and why don't we find a time to split that moscato" or "i guess i should thank you for the oppurtunity to try moscato instead of wine and milk, when are you free?" maybe also consider changing the conversation up a little like "thank you for moscato? what's so great about it that it beats wine and milk?"
Hope this helps and goodluck brother

so when you say this, when do you tell her you want to have wine at your place since you arent communicating it with the "split moscato sometime soon" comment?
