I live in the suburbs just outside the city lines, about 20- 30 min depending on traffic and it seems to be a constant frustration that girls in the city will not stay interested when they learn I’m not exactly in the city. Anyone else experience this and have a solution besides moving to the city?

You have to ask you what you're looking for. If you like live music go to this thing. If you like to bone, probably not. It makes you "boyfriend material" and it'll be much harder to get her to fuck after that. Also it'll probably be too loud to talk to her and that's a shitty date idea.
If you want help with sexualising your conversations, start posting the conversations. This girl you're talking about, I want to see how the conversation moved from "I have mad cuddling skills, come over to my sexy cuddling pad" to "sure baby I'll go to your music artist show thing and buy you drinks"

Yeah, I completely agree. I’m not trying to go on five dates and not bang. It’s expensive, and takes up too much time. I would preferred to have a girl who is down to bang quickly. So take A look at this screenshot, I mention wine and cuddling, and in response she suggests something during the day, So, I take that as she is not taking me seriously, and is still viewing this as a first date.

Well she doesn't know what's on offer. Everyone in this post is telling you, you gotta hook harder. She doesn't take you seriously but that's not her fault, you need to show that you're worth a 30 minute drive while her mum's in town.
And this is only a medium hook. If your location is as dire as you say it is, I would get more investment, qualification, and sexualisation before moving to close.
Now it is possible that her evenings are actually full with family stuff. Dudes are all "my week is full, she says her week is full, I would never cancel on my friends and family, why won't she cancel on her friends and family?"
