she probably got confused by the app installation process, i would have just called her. Im sure she would have picked up. ALso, having to install an app that shes never heard of might be a deal breaker for some girls. Instead, if you dont have an iphone, ask them about zoom, whatsapp video or skype. SOmething they have heard of and or familiar with,
