Generally speaking, the best cities for a black guy on Tinder would be the really liberal ones. I think LA and Boston would be quiet good, however, it wont be as great as Scandinavia simply because there is no exotic factor .

I thought so initially as well but actually both cities have almost the same % of black people ( around 9%)
