How to get out of town girls to come to you if it’s a long drive even though they say are down for booty massages ?

It really depends what the girl's situation is. I have had chicks drive well over an hour for a booty massage. The big variable is whether the girl has a car .
If she doesn't, your best bet is to suggest getting her an Uber or offering to drive her home or any combination of this.
If she does have a car, you basically just need to convince her that the drive will be worth her while.This can be done through good text game, but preferable a phone call. Also, in these situations I try to show a sign of good gesture so that "this is not fair" objection doesn't come up . You can say that you will give her the best massage ever because she is being such a champ. Or say that next time you will go to her. You get the picture.
Obviously you're not black, so you may not be able to answer this question. But just curious. Are there any cities in North America where you figure being black on Tinder would be great, such as Stockholm in Europe?

Generally speaking, the best cities for a black guy on Tinder would be the really liberal ones. I think LA and Boston would be quiet good, however, it wont be as great as Scandinavia simply because there is no exotic factor .

What are your thoughts of changing certain things on your profile for tinder depending on where you are? Ie: a small college town

Yea, typically when I travel I will adjust small details depending on the city. For a small college town, I would probably keep it moderately low key . You want your profile to stand out, but not to stand out so much that everyone laughs about it.
1 what do you say if she questions you not having a girlfriend like "Why are you single if you're such a good guy? Then there must be something wrong with you."
2 If she tries to frame you as a player, how do you deal with it? "You seem like the player type"
3 whats your ideal way to flake on a girl you set up a date with, if you are choosing to see another girl? I set up a date with girl 1 on monday, but girl 2 who I want to see more is available that day, so I want to see her and reschedule with girl 1 on another day, from my past experience everytime i flake on a girl, and say "sorry i cant make it tonight" she loses interest in me and it's never the same after that. How can I flake and reschedule properly and still hold the same value to her?

- There are many ways to handle this, but my personal favorite is to do it in a way that flips it around on her " I've been in several relationships in the past, but I am very selective with who I date...." That will typically get her qualifying how she is the same way and bla-bla-bla.
- Sarcasm and trolling is usually is the best approach here " Nah, I am just a shy virgin " , And than keep trolling her if she presses further .
- Give her an excuse that she can resonate with " Hey, I am having a bit of a work emergency tonight.Not sure what time I am going to finish and would hate to keep you waiting. Mind if we do another night? :) "

No, last time I was in Russia Tinder was not around yet. However, I have been in major cities in Poland and bet it is very similar. The best approach is to keep it very low key in terms of how sexual you go. Avoid being to blatant (girls have strong anti-slut defense) and give girls an socially accepted excuse "coming over to split a bottle of wine" .
