Your first pic is decent, but I think you can do better. Use it for the time being until you get a better pic. Your third one is a decent group pic, you can use that. Second and forth are no go.
No, all your pics don't need to be current if you look the same. I have a pic from almost 5 years ago. To your second question, it is not matter of quality , it just you don't look good in it

Thanks, the first one was taken 3 years ago. Do all your pics need to be current (assuming you don't look much different)?
Also, is the 2nd one bad cause of the quality or just a bad pic?
